At long last I've finally got my cut-out of Pete which I've asked Paul to post on the website. Look carefully at the right of Pete's leg and you can just about see my lovely tabby cat Casey. (He's taken a shine to Pete and always sits near him). I was originally quoted 3,000 pounds for a lifesize cut-out, which was an outrageous price. Then another company quoted over 200 pounds for one, but that was still expensive. Eventually I found a local print shop that could enlarge the photos to 5'10*. It was digitally enlarged but the colours became a bit muted, as you can see. Then Alan cut the poster out and spray glued it onto a large piece of cardboard. I'm thrilled with it!! It only cost 40 pounds for the lifesize poster - so it's much cheaper to make these things yourself. many print shops now do digital large format posters.
Several people wanted to know how I knew how Geoff was, re last year's terrible hurricanes in Florida. I am not in contact with him myself, but one of the club members is, and has been in regular contact with him since 1996 - via phone calls. Geoff is always pleased to hear from her she said. His home survived all the hurricanes, and around August last year she phoned Geoff to ask how he was, as she was very worried. She was surprised and delighted when Pete & Geoff's father, Dr Deuel answered! He told her Geoff was on holiday in Canada and that he was staying at Geoff's house. He told her all the family were fine.

For the last 30 years I've been trying to obtain most of Pete's film/TV appearances on video, but as yourselves will probably know- the more obscure items seem almost impossible to find - such as Pete's appearance in "MATT LINCOLN" (episode "Nick"), and his apperance on "The Merv Griffin Talk Show" with Ben - or "Mickey" (Crazy Hips McNish). All these have been impossible to locate on video - but U.C.L.A. have most of Pete's TV appearances in their library, including the obscure ones. The bad news is they informed me they cannot make video/DVD copies due to federal copyright laws etc. However, fans can view archive materials at U.C.L.A. on microfiche.
