Expectations - December 28, 2005 She had been born, not quite the seventh son of the seventh son, and not quite filled with holy expectations. She had been born, as the treasured daughter, beloved and filled with happy expectations and dreams. Fresh dreams were never spoken of, need and expectations often broken up, before they were even realized, as though she was why he was penalized. Her dreams in life were like many others: expecting marriage, love and happiness, her own thoughts were smothered, by the expectations of social 'others.' Meeting like two ships for the briefest of times, changing each other with no rhythm or rhyme. They found love unexpected challenging the other to seek anew love and expectations from a different view, as though a life of no need was no life indeed.
