INCREDIBLE HULK BEHIND THE SCENES INFORMATION

Although you may not think it but the Incredible hulk has appeared in other television shows. You may have to hunt for them but there is some pretty cool behind the scenes footage out there. There has not been a tape released of behind the scenes footage from the Incredible Hulk Television Series but if you are lucky you may have the oppurtunity to record on a video tape some previews, commercials, bloopers and behind the scenes type stuff from the Incredible hulk Television Series. Here are some descriptions of things that you might find that I have managed to get my hands on......

I know that you may find this a little hard to beleive but the childrens show called, Mr Rogers Neighborhood had a little 2 show special on superheroes. The idea behind the whole thing was to show little kids that the Incredible Hulk was just make beleive and can't hurt you as Mr Rogers put it. First Mr Rogers and Mr Mcfeely go down to Universal studies and Mr Rogers has an interview with him. And after that the really cool part: They actually show a scene being made from when the Hulk was on the plane in the episode, "Homecoming." Then Lou comes over and talks in the makeup!-- On the second show they go down to the makeup room and see the makeup being applied on Lou. This is some great footage for a tru fan of the series.

There was an episode of "The Fall Guy" in which Lou made a special guest appearence as the Hulk. Near the end of the episode Lee Majors is talking to some woman and he hears something then says, "I'll show him who is boss around here." Then the Hulk smashes through the door and roughs Lee up a little. Then you hear someone yell "cut!" and the makeup man come out and take Lou's wig off and Lou says a few things. Pretty funny stuff! Lou was in the 5th season makeup look.

Entertainment Tonight had some GREAT behind the scenes footage from "The Incredible Hulk Returns" and "The Death Of The Incredible hulk." In the Incredible Hulk returns there are some cool interviews with Ferrigno and Bixby. And they show bill bixby putting the green eye contacts in. In the Death Of The Incredible Hulk footage they show a cool blooper of The Hulk trying to kick a door down that wouldn't budge! Also cool interviews.

Although extrememly hard to find there are a few clips of Bixby messing up his lines, this footage is from TV's bloopers and practical jokes. They are funny and would be nice to add to your collection.

And although it may not seem like much but there are always the previews to the 3 movies that were on after the Television Series went off the air.

There was a show of Steven spielberg's "Amazing Stories" that the Hulk appeared in but not played by Lou Ferrigno, but the makeup was very well applied and looked similar to the second season look from the series. A man is sitting in his house watching TV and he turns on the episode "Killer Instinct" from season 2 and the hulk jumps out of the TV and throws the guy around.

There is probably other footage but these are just the things that I have come across. So if you are a true fan of the series these are a few things that you may want to consider looking into because they are all very rare. There isn't anything like a professionaly realeased tape of behind the scenes stuff from the series so you might as well try and work with what you have access to.
