| The Student Services Centers provides students walk-in access to the services of the Registrar |

The Office of the Registrar provides the following services at the Student Services Centers:
- Release of official transcript and enrollment/graduation verification printing.
- Release of the needed grade slip for the students.
- Release of clearances as requirement for the final examination.
- Changing of conflict schedules as requested by the students.
- Registration assistance for
- Assigning ID number for the new students.
- The validation for the first year.
- The updating of entries of continuing students .
- Drop/adds of units..
- General information about the college policies and procedures.
