The seminars are available anytime they are called for.
The normal schedule calls for a session in the afternoon for those in years 11 and 12. This is to facilitate more open and frank discussions with the young adults.
Followed by an evening session open to all.
The afternoon session is very useful for gathering information about the needs and feelings of the concert goer and the evening focuses on a general information session regarding all aspects of safety within a group .
