TRANQUILITY
My eyes gaze out over mountains and streams
Wondering and hoping that one day
I may find peace of mind
That somewhere in this vast wilderness
I may find contentment
I look and I wonder yet only grow weary from the search
Soon the grass beneith my feet becomes a velvet matress
as I give way to sleep
In lying beneith the suns warm glow
and abstracting all thoughts of worry from my mind
I soon found that secret place
For not in the mountains, valleys or
streams did I find what I was searching
for
But within side my self
