| MATURING |
| My eyes open up as I stare upon the heavens that appear before me I now realize that this is a new world So many days I have closed my mind to what lies before me Now it all becomes real The dangers and mysteries of life that I have for so long hid from are facing me now Spirit and youth have forsaken me Determination and strength are gone It is now replaced by the knowledge of time And I have now discovered that not with strength shall I conquer this new world, But only mentally can I accomplish what it ask of me. |
