We learned that we could manage in a 30' motorhome and not kill each other. We had more clothes with us than we needed. We had more things than we needed as well, such as a blender which never came out of the cupboard.
When we first got our coach we thought the ice maker in the freezer was a frivolous gadget, but found it to really work great for drinks and even just glasses of water.
I used my mapping software to put together a map of our route. Unfortunately at this scale you cannot see all the twists and turns we took in Michigan, Florida and Arizona, but I guess it gets the idea across.
