Mr. Yeung Ming Tai, Barrister - at - Law ¡@ Mr YEUNG Ming-tai is both a Chartered Civil Engineer and a practising barrister commenced his legal practice in1989.
He attained BSc(Eng), LLB, LLM, and had particularly involved in handling a wide range of infrastructure projects for Tuen Mun New Town development such as, reclamation, marine works, site formation, highways, bridges, drainage and sewerage and material testing and for Light Rail Transit (Tuen Mun to Yuen Long).
Mr Yeung is a member of the Institute of Civil Engineers, the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, the Honourable Society of Gray¡¦s Inn, UK, the Hong Kong Bar Association, as well as Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators.
