To reduce the puffiness of the eyes, you can apply a cold compress until the area returns to it's original state If you have really dry skin, and when you put foundation on, the skin on your face peels very badly.. .Try using an exfoliating facial scrub. Your skin won't peel anymore
EXTRA-OILY T-ZONE* QUICK FIX- Pat away shine with an oil-absorbing tissue (Clean and CLear or Hard Candy), or if you prefer a powdery finish, use a pressed translucent powder (Clean and Clear Invisible Powder,$5). Just replace the puff once a month, it gets grimy.
LONG/TERM PLAN- Wash twice a day, then attack just your T-Zone with Toner (Origins Oil Refiner Tonic,$16) and a drop of benzoyl peroxide cream.
*TIP* Use dandruff shampoo with pyrithione zinc to wash your hairline-then let suds run over your face (close your eyes!)
*VERY LARGE PORES* QUICK FIX- Spritz your face with icy water (its not s myth - cold water does shrink your pores temporaliy). Dont have a spritz bottle? Apply a waxy face balm to cover your pores. LONG/TERM PLAN-Use a gentle face scrub 2 to 3 times a week, to deep clean your pores.

QUICK FIX-Feel a big cyst comming on? Apply ice (in a towel) for 10minutes, then dab the bump with hydrocortisone cream you...you can findit at any drugstore.
LONG/TERM PLAN- Every night, apply acid gel to your face (Biore' Blemish Double Agent,$7) to thin out your skins top layer (thicker skin gets more cysts) Certain birth control pills (tri-phasala like Ortho-Tricyclen) can also regulate hormonal surges that start cysts. If your not on the pill, talk to a doctor about switching to one of these.
*TIPS*
Avoid benzoyl peroxide. It hardens a cyst and makes it last longer.
Don't POP! Popping can spread bacteria, which leads to increased redness, inflammation and possibly
scarring of your skin.
STICK WITH IT! Be patient, stay with one skin care system. Give the products time to work before you quit
using them.
DON'T OVER WASH! Acne isn't caused by dirt so keep your skin clean, but over scrubbing will
aggravate skin and make matters worse.
STAY COOL! Stress can trigger hormones and hormones can make the zits you have worse or cause new
ones to pop up.
