* We have not yet recieved the passes or parking information.
* Not all members will be able to bring their modules to the Redlands show, we will work on that plan soon, to notify the members.
* Those members who want a hotel room, need to pay the club A.S.A.P.
* All members need to remember to be freindly to the public at big shows. Members represent the club and need to smell and look good.
* At the GTE Show, members must not just disapear. All members need to let the president or vice president know if they are going to leave layout. During set up, members shuld not leave layout unless there is no work to be done.
* During set up, members need to follow their task assigned to them. If you finish your task, do not just start another one on your own.
* Members need to visually inspect their equipment before these shows, non operating equipment will not be tollerated.
* Members are encouraged to go to Digitrax's Website and save a copy of the Radio Equiped Super Chief instruction manual to their computer. For those without internet, the club will hand out a printed version at the Janurary meeting. Members should read through this manual to become familiar with this system.
