* Equipment consists will be checked at all big shows.
* No member is allowed to enter the mainline at any point without authorization from dispatcher, ever.
* If a member who is running a train changes lead locomotive or train, the dispatcher must be notified.
* The club understands that not all members can make all shows. Members should try to make a majority of shows. Members cannot expect to miss almost all shows and show up a one or two big shows.
* Most shows are planned months in advance and posted on our webiste. Members should try plan their schedules accordingly.
