When you should not use this medicine
You should not use this medicine if you have ever had an allergic reaction to medroxyprogesterone or other progestin medicines, such as progesterone, norgestrel, desogen, megestrol, or birth control pills. You should not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. You should not use if you have had liver disease, blood clots, cancer, or undiagnosed vaginal bleeding.
How to use and store this medicine
Tablets:
Your doctor will tell you how much medicine to take and how often.
May be taken with or without food.
Store at room temperature, away from heat and moisture.
Keep all medicine out of the reach of children.
If you miss a dose:
Take the missed dose as soon as possible.
Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next regular dose.
You should not use two doses at the same time.
