Let me begin my statements by saying that I am deeply saddened by the events that transpired in August of this year. I don't think that anyone has truly realized the effects of Kirby Newell's retirement on Cork Bowl. I have a feeling that if he would have seen the bulldozer a second earlier, it would be scrap metal and he would be on the field December 15th. How do the Bandicoots expect to win? Not only are they weak, but they have taken their name from a horrible video game. The contrast between the teams is outstanding. On one hand, the Ermine, have experience, speed, catching ability, and an experienced, although unproven QB. Along with the veteran leadership of the Cork boys. Chris Cork may be old, but the hands have only gotten softer. On the other hand, the Bandicoots have smallness, dropping ability.....and well Williamson. I have heard of empty promises, but Willy Truitt saying they'll win? Come on Willy, face it, you're going to lose. I have heard talk that I haven't done much in the past couple Cork Bowls. Well look at the record. I do what I have to for my team to win. This year I plan on coming out of the gate fast. The first half will be mine. I pity the poor little guy who has to guard me. In closing "If you can't see my mirrors, I can't see you". Ryan "Powerhouse Killer"
