Australian football league consisting of 16 teams with 10 from victoria and 6 from other states. It is played on a large oval shaped ground arena for most of the year (not in the hot summer) and in any weather conditions, wet, day, night, hot and cold. This is the team I've always have barracked for in the AFL. The Crows joined the AFL in 1991 and play their home games in front of huge crowds at AAMI Stadium (Or Football Park) in Adelaide which has a maximum seating capacity of 50000, its a great venue. The arena's playing surface is about 180x140 meters in diameter. They have won two premierships in 1997 and 1998. I have visited their home arena several times since I'm originally from Adelaide.
