Key Industrial Park consists of 70 acres and is located west of Business Route 29 on state Route 924 in the Town of Hurt. The park is divided into four parcels, one of which has been cleared, graded and grubbed. Water and sewer are available. Grants are currently being pursued to provide an industrial access road into the park and to expand water and sewer facilities into the park.
