Indonesia Malaysia Youth Exchange Program (IMYEP) Activities

 

•Seminar and short course on entrepreneurship

Seminars are meant to enrich young generation’s knowledge on the entrepreneurship and enhance entrepreneurial skill.

 

•Outbound training

Outbound could improve working skill of the participants psychologically and strengthen verbal and non-verbal workmanship.

 

•Institutional visits to governmental entities and audience to Malaysian local government

Improving bilateral cooperation between Indonesia and Malaysia, and therefore raise culture and investment interests.

 

•Cultural centre visits

A visit to the cultural centers, central market, and small medium enterprises (SME) in Malaysia which are run by youth. Participants are expected to broaden their outlook over the products from the local community and innovative function of products diversification.

 

•Promoting regional potential of each province in Indonesia

To conduct a presentation on the regional potential in every aspect to attract Malaysian investors.

 

•Homestay with the foster family

Participants are expected to deepen the cultural knowledge from the counterpart’s side by being active in local community’s activities, especially those which are organized by the local youth.
