Error in the Original PCLink software for ZQ-P20 / YO-P20
My EL-Link software provides a correct Backup save to
PC and Restore after the RESET too!
But the Original PCLink software for ZQ-P20 don't restore the database correctly after
RESET, the new data items will be lost after in case of the following RESET
or data communication:
You can try:
1. step: Enter the one data item to Tel1 register.
2. step: Backup saves by Original software.
3. step: Reset. (Press the Reset button on the backside of ZQ-P20 then touch the 2nd, Enter icons.)
4. step: Restore load by Original software.
5. step: Enter the additional new data item to Tel1 register. (It is the second data item)
6. step: Export the Tel1 register by Original software. Result: Original software doesn't export the second data item.
The second data item is lost from export file !!!!!
7. step: Backup saves by Original software again.
8. step: Reset again.
9. step: Restore load again. Result: The second data item is lost from ZQ-P20 unit!!!!!!!
