| ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP * Faithfully Participate in Regular on-time swaps * Regularly Participate in chats, message board posting, and other communication with other members * Respond to Club e-mails when requested SEMI-ACTIVE * Participate in any swap in a one year period Regular faithful on-time swaps encouraged One-time swaps (ie: Flannel Charm Swap, Siggy Swap 2001 or Jar Block Swap in 2000) suggested for yearly participation * Monthly participation in a chat, posting on the message board, for courtesy sake *Response to Club e-mails if requested IN-ACTIVE * Breathe and let us know you are breathing within a 60 day period * Please keep your profile & e-mail address current to avoid missing club e-mails ENDANGERED MEMBERSHIP This is only to promote the 3 C's* of a club atmosphere * Use of profanity, rude & discourteous activity, delinquent swaps, and / or gross neglegence to heed group activity requirements *No activity in a 180 day time period that will result in membership revocation following this protocol. That's 6 months, folks! If we haven't seen or heard from you in that length of time.......... forget it. 120 days no activity: Message Board Warning & Club e-mail notification 180 days : Revocation of membership WARNINGS: Revocation (deletion) is irreversible in accordance with Yahoo! Groups guidelines causing user name invalidadation ~ re-entering or rejoining Quilter's Thread will be impossible and New Members will remain pending until members have discussed issue / user profile. SAFETY MEASURES: leave of absense, in faith by communication with Founder can avoid potential problems. We don't want to lose anyone's membership......but if you are going to be gone, let us know. |

| Give-a-ways and Drawings |
| 1. Mission: All suggested events held in Quilter's Thread will be carefully considered to promote a variety and opportunity for all the members to voice their suggestions.. 2. All give-a-ways are free-will and individully coordinated. Activity descriptions may vary. Please consult newsletters for details and print for reference. 3. In the likely event of a give-a-way wherein an entry submission is required (ie: block, FQ, etc) ALL entrants will be considered equal for submission. Previous winners will be asked to sit out the next four event drawings with or without current entry. Any other entry that fills all event's requirments will be considered for chance. All "sit-out"s are encouraged to remain involved to promote the 3 c's. . Sitting out is an individual opportunity to "let others have a better chance" and show appreciation. 4. The host(ess) of an event should be a self-volunteered member of the club (unless endangered) and will waive any rights to prizes in hosted event. 5. A courtesy gift for the host(ess)will generally be suggested in each event or cost-covering requirement may be requested. 6. The host(ess) may enter a block as a participant but waives eligibility for the drawing. |
