| We have had members come and members go in the years this group / club has been together but I have to admit.... this past month has been the most trying! (and I'm still not convinced it's over........) I like our little group. We may have lost some numbers in the change over from Yahoo Clubs to Yahoo Groups but we haven't lost any members! There is a peace that comes along with knowing everyone in a group. Putting a face with a user name and likes and dislikes with a talent. Having the feeling that you are being used, stolen from and abused is for other groups..... not innocent little quilting groups. We are currently a group of 24 members with 24 different ideas on how things should go, how rules are made and how situations are handled. What realy excites me, however, is that it this group is also 24 different talents and 24 different sharing possiblities! Get to know your neighbor...... add the members names to your Yahoo Messenger list and get to know them. Some of us have been together for years..... and that's great! Remember..... this is a group to have fun FIRST and when that's not happening, let me know........we can try to solve it together. You are all very important to me as members and firends. Let's stitch together and become a tightly quilted group! Jodi |
