Pentecostal City Mission Church
General Overseer - Bishop Delrose L Walters
The City Mission Church was founded in 1897 in Kingston, Jamaica, West Indies by the Late Rev. William Raglan Phillips M.A. Ph.D. and established in 1924 by Rev. William Phillips and the Late Bishop Mary Louise Coore.

Rev. Phillips came in contact with the young spirit filled Mary Louise Coore while conducting his evangelistic meetings in Browns Town, St. Ann. She gave her heart to the Lord at the tender age of "10". Mary Coore was blessed with the gift of healing and teaching. In fact, she was often referred to as the girl with the healing hands. Thus the partnership was formed. The Evangelistic partnership between Raglan Phillips and Mary Coore began gaining momentum as they moved through the four corners of Jamaica with their message of Salvation, Healing, Holiness and the second coming of Christ. Many people were healed, saved and delivered.

After the death of Rev. Raglan Phillips in June 1930, the movement continued to grow from strength to strength. Under the very capable leadership of Bishop Mary Coore until her departure from this life in June 1964.  The new General Overseer, Bishop D. L. Walters Ph.D continued the work.

The Pentecostal City Mission headquarter's is located at 15 Blount Street, Hannah Town, Jamaica W.I.   The Lord has enlarged the territory of the Pentecostal City Mission since it's inception in 1924.
