Tomatoes with Eggs or Eggs with tomatoes

 4 eggs, slightly whipped
 2 tomatoes, diced
 1/2 green onions, diced
1/4 cup of water with knorr chix cube
 2 teaspoon of sugar
 salt and pepper to taste.

fried eggs as if your making scrambled eggs, add green onions while eggs are almost done.  Adviseable not to burn onions.  Add all other  ingredients, cover with lid, season to taste.  NOW,  YOU'RE READY TO EAT!

Hard boiled Eggs

of course you know how to boil egg but here's mine:

Hard boil the eggs (number of eggs depends on you and it's already hardboiled after counting 1-100 at an average speed from the time the water boils).  Peel off the shell and make medium slices of the eggs.  Slice some tomatoes and green onions (the more eggs u have,  the more tomatoes and onions u should also have).  Put a tiny bit of soy sauce and you'll realize that hard boiled eggs have never been these delicious!

Beef noodle with onions

1 small size can of corned beef

1 pack of Lucky Me pancit canton (I like the one with Kalamansi

    flavor)

1 very small bundle of pechay (about 5-10 leaves)

1 clove of garlic

1 medium sized onions

small amount of oil and salt and pepper

Microwave the noodle (with a fair amount of water) for 30 seconds or u can just add hot water in it and cover it for 30-45 seconds if u     don't have a microwave oven.  Please DO NOT include the seasoning (inside the Lucky Me package) when you cook the noodle. While the noodle is being cooked,  start heating up the frying pan and put a small amount of oil.  Heat should be very very low because while     heating up the oil you may want to do peel off and chop or press the garlic. By the time you're done with the garlic,  your oil in the

frying pan is ready.  Fry the garlic quick! Pour in your corned beef and mix.  Drain the water from the noodle. Slice the onions (you can slice it in circle, half circles, whatever style u want it to be). Wash and cut the pechay leaves according to your preferred size. Put the noodles,  pechay leaves and sliced onions in the pan and mix it with the corned beef. After about 1 minute,  you can now put the seasoning from the noodle pack into the pan.  Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bon Apetite!

Paksiw na isda

1 small/medium sized bangus/milkfish (or any fish of ur preference)

 3 large sized tomatoes

 3 cloves of garlic

 1 medium sized onion leaves

 1/2 small sized ginger

 1/4 cup of vinegar

 1/8 cup of water

1 piece of big sized banana pepper

a small amount of salt and powdered pepper

1 Knorr cube (fish or chicken flavor will do)

For you convenience,  have the market vendor clean and slice the fish for you so you won't need to slice it at home. Remember that you are a lazy person,  so this is a MUST!! Peel off and crushed your garlic and ginger.  Make medium sized slices of tomatoes (any style you want).   Place the following in a pan:  water,  vinegar,  garlic,  ginger, tomatoes,  banana pepper and fish.  Bring to boil and put a small amount of salt and 1 cube of Knorr.  Bring to boil again and put the onion leaves.  Season with salt and powdered pepper to taste.  Kaon na!!

Boiled Vegetables

If you want vegetables but is too lazy to cook a delicious recipe you can try my style:

Just boil any vegetable.  Most of the time  I use amplaya and pechay ('coz I like them). Of course you need to slice the vegetables first;  size and style of slices are all in accordance to your preference.  Since you are a lazy person like me,  I assume that you'll slice it in the simplest way. Count 1-100 (fast) as soon as it boils. Place the vegetable on a plate.  Place soysauce and kalamansi in a small plate for your dip. READY,  EAT,  GO!!
