Registration Procedure

            Register for classes AS EARLY in pregnancy as possible. PCEA classes can fill quickly. Classes run continuously. Confirmation will be sent when your payment is received.

 

            You are not considered registered until your completed registration form is returned to the registrar along with your check or money order. There is a $20.00 charge for any returned check. PCEA reserves the right to modify or cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. Advance notice will be given.

 

Refund Policy

            Full refunds, less a $10.00 cancellation fee, will be given for medical reasons as well as for non-medical cancellations 60 days before the class start date. Cancellations due to medical reasons after the class start date will be prorated.

 

Financial Arrangements

            Contact PCEA registrar at 459-7477 if you require financial arrangements.

 

Insurance Reimbursement

            You may request a written receipt to provide to your insurance carrier. Some companies may provide partial or full reimbursement. Contact your insurance carrier for coverage information. If you are a Care Choices HMO member, instructors will provide you with Care Choices’ Reimbursement Form upon request.
