This is a Memorial Day run that was founded in 2000, we have been going since WCT III, which was in May of 2002. This run is sponsored by and was founded by members of the Inland Empire Chapter, of the Harley Owners Group. This run is the west coast version of the Run To The Wall run held every year in Washington D.C., and is a fund raiser for the Riverside Vetrans Cemetery. Going to Riverside for this run is also a chance to see all the friends we left when we moved to Northern California. I have included a few pictures from our trips ( so far ) to this run. Hope you enjoy them.

On parade day, we rode into Riverside for the parade and then the honor guard rode as a group to the park for lunch and vendors. Here are a few photos from parade day.

We did not attend WCT VI because of our trip to Europe to see Tina's ( My wife ) family. This trip used up all of our vacation time not leaving time for the trip south. We did attend WCT VII!
We arrived in Temecula, Ca., where we were staying in Southern California this year. Sunday morning we walked over to "Old Town Temecula" since it was near our Hotel. Here are some pictures we took while there. Sunday afternoon we spent with friends in Lake Elsinore.

Because of other trips, we haven't been back down south for West Coast Thunder since May of '06. We are planning, in fact have already made some reservations for our trip this year (2009) to attend WCT X.
We have to attend this year because the guy that is in charge of the "Honor Guard" is retireing after this year and he is a friend of ours. We will ride down along the coast ( US 101 ) because that is our favorite way to go. Be sure to join us in remembering those who have died defending our freedom! Check back the first part of June for pictures.
