As much as I have enjoyed my Sharp Wizard OZ-770,
the Treo 90 outshines it in several ways.
- The Treo 90 is truly pocketable. The 770 was a bit bulky.
- The Treo 90 comes with 16MB of Ram, plus an expansion
card slot. The Wizard had only 3MB of Ram.
I can carry many more ebooks on my Treo than I could on my Wizard.
I have loaded it with an English Bible, a Spanish Bible and seven
short novels, and still have 8MB of free memory, and haven't even
begun to utilize the expansion slot yet.
- The Treo 90 has a color screen, which is bright and clear.
-
The Treo 90 runs the Palm 4.1 operating system, for which there are
many hundreds of free programs, games, utilities, etc., much more
than for the Wizard.
- I can buy a "like new" Treo 90 for half the price of an OZ-770.
Here's a photo of all that came in the box: The Treo 90,
charging cable, hot sync cable, quick start page, printed manual,
some advertising material, and a cd of software, including a free copy
of "Wordsmith" word processor.
That's the end of my review. If you are interested in the Treo 90,
