I like the Wizard OZ-770 screen. It is horizontal, large and easy
to read. The Palm M500 screen is smaller than that of the OZ-770,
however it is large enough to be useful. The Palm makes up for its smaller
screen by providing larger fonts for various applications. For example,
most Palm ebook readers will allow you to choose between three different
font sizes, and also "bold" fonts. Here is a graphic I made that shows
the relative sizes of the two screens:
The M500 screen is clear, and the text is sharp enough.
However, I think the Sharp display is a little bit easier
to read. Here is a photo of an OZ-770 next to a Palm M500,
