| The Southside Lumber Co., operated by the Badger family, had it's origins in Elizabeth, West Virginia. This circa 1920 photo shows their delivery crew. Badger Lumber still operates, mill work and all, from this same location. ( Info. from the Parkersburg News-Flashback-3/14/1999) |
