A Background

The Presidental Elections
But a more importantly, we would like to comment on is the appointment of the new president of the republic. The presidential election is a simple one, as any in a democracy . This time among the many eligible men and women, two of the most prominent members of the society were tipped equally to win. And soon the developments proved the psepologists right. And by mutual understanding it was decided that the first unbaised member from outside the nation state would vote and thus clear the deadlock. By the strange act of god, It so came to be that one Edeward Rock Peters swimming along the border of the nation with Tibitu inadvertently crossed the line marking the borders of the country. Noticed soon by one of the contestant's daughters, he was quickly drawn to the shores by the eager campaigners. When the senior of the two, explained the nation's dilemma to him, The matter became complicated as, immediately on reaching the shore the younger complained that since the elder took the opportunity to talk to the stranger the stranger was no longer an 'unbaised person' and demanded that the person be thrown back into the sea. The older complained that the younger had helped the stranger gain a foot hold on the shore and thus he was biased by the younger. As the arguments continued the senior member of the electoral committee decided since the contestants had both started arguments without giving prior notice they were both disqualified. Due to the nature of the contest no other elgible member existed and so the stranger 'Edeward Rock Peters' was appointed the president. -(ANS)

Dear President, it is quite an honor to meet you on this glorious occasion, what is your message to the people ?
Prez (President):
What ? Where am I ?, Err.., can you guys please get me my clothes ?.

Sorry Mr. President, (Hands over towel to the president), could we continue ?
Prez :
Yeah, please let me go, I won't cross the boundary again, please.,

(Seems the president is not yet ready for a political interview but the editor will kill me if i don't come through). What would you like to say about the elections how did your political opponent react ?
Prez :
Sorry, I didn't want to cross the boundary really, please , The guy just handed me this huge rod to my hand and said here you go mr. president
AT:
How will you deal with your political opponents Mr. President ?
Prez :
Please guys come back and let me go (tries to hand over the rod to the interviewer, the presidential aide intervenes and interview ends).
