This is a Wheezie episode.

"My Way or Snow Way" by - Challenge: Doing what you believe is right instead of following others
The gang meets Chilly, a snowman who's frantically searching for his pet snow-puppy. Wheezie suggests using one of her special whistles to call Nippy because dogs can hear certain sounds that kids and dragons can't. Her friends insist her idea will never work, but Chilly encourages Wheezie not to give up - after all, she knows more about whistles than they do. When her friends' strategies don't work, Wheezie blows her whistle in spite of their disapproval. Nippy comes.
What I saw:
Max hides under a big sombero, fooling his sister. She suggest she hide in Dragonland. Max is It, and the others hide. Max exposes Ord by luring him with dragonberries. Ord pulls out a saxophone and plays "Pop goes the Weasel" Wheezie can't resist, and pops out of the knuckerhole. Max looks for Emmy, and sees some motion in a bush. He sees a snowman, and he think's Emmy's hiding in the snowman, and he pulls off the snowman's nose, calling Emmy out. The snowman reacts, and Max runs away. Emmy doesn't believe him at first, but the snowman appears. It's a young ice elemental, Chilly, who lost a snow puppy, Nippy. Chilly has a "warm" a snowman version of a cold, since he's not up in Snowy Summit of Stickleback Mountains. They help look for him. Wheezie has the whistle, but they won't let her, thinking it's broken. She tries it finally and it worked after waking up the dandelions, bringing Nippy back. Wheezie uses another whistle that calls the Do-Re-Mi birds. Max borrows the whistle to take it home, and Emmy says that it wouldn't work, but a dog responds to the whistle.
Comments: Hiding in Dragonland isn't a pretty good idea, as it is a strange land. However, I othink their sense of smell can pick up humans, which they can use to locate a lost one, so there's not too much worry there. This one gets close to describing bladder problems of a pet... Max: "He's like my Uncle Robert's chihuahua. He leaves puddles everywhere." A great gift for Wheezie would be something from the Lark In the Morning catalog- they have all kinds of animal calls, bells, whistles and unusual instruments, even bagpipes.
