Challenge: Learning to speak up

Emmy and Max are teaching their dragon friends how to play baseball when they discover a large sparkling green egg. Cyrus, a slinky serpent, claims the egg from them because Cassie is too shy to share what she knows -- that the egg isn't really his. When they stumble upon a "Rhyme Bird" nest containing other eggs just like it, they know Cyrus has tricked them! Cassie blames herself for being too afraid to speak up and fears Cyrus will eat the egg.

What I saw:

Max and Emmy show the dragons how to play baseball, but find a nest of eggs, one whch a serpent claims as his own. Cassie tries to tell everyone her suggestions, but no one listens. Ord tells her to say them in a big way, so they would listen to her. (Don't be afraid to speak up)

Comments: Cassie: "A big voice?" Ord: "No, a BIIIIG voice!" Cassie: (louder) "A BIIIG voice!" [Audio clip from this coming soon] I love this line. It seems Cassie gets a little more confidence every time she does something like this.

Goofs/Missing Items:

Paint doesn't drip like that, it would flake off. And wouldn't Cyrus feel if it's a wet painted ball? This is a little hole in the story they could have worked on a little better, they should have said paint chips, but then again they could have voted against it, thinking kids will eat paint chips after hearing about it... Very tough to do kids programs with these impressionable minds. I wonder if dragon kids' minds are that impressionable. They don't have much technology to hurt them, thank goodness.
