HISTORY OF GAMMA CHAPTER
The Gamma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. was chartered on November 10, 1916 on the campus of Morgan College currently known as Morgan State University.
The Charter Members were:
Bernard Harris
John E. T. Camper
William S. Savage
and organized by
I. L. Scruggs
The Gamma Chapter was the first Greek Lettered Organization on the campus of Morgan State University. Today, the Gamma Chapter is still apart of the Greek Scene and continues to carry on the rich tradition set by its founders.
