| If you watched our tournament then you saw the kind of talent that was on display by this outstanding group of girls. Breaunna Haynes played outstanding throughout the tournament for the league champion Liberty. Her greates contribution came in the second game when she scored 11 points and had many assists. Lauren Martin of the Mercury had a strong tournament and played well throughout. She averaged over 11 points per game including a personal high of 23 against a very good Sparks defensive team. Victoria Buzzard of the Liberty had an outstanding tournament as well. She averaged 21 points per game including a high of 26 in their first meeting with the Mercury. Victoria now stands alone in second place all-time in tournament scoring. Lain Weppler of the Comets became one of the few players in league history to make this all-tournament team without her playing on the final day. Lain averaged 19 points per game including a personal high of 21 against the Sparks. Lain now stands in fourth place on the all-time tournament scoring list. Regan Porter of the Sky led her team with an average of 12.5 points per game including a high of 24 points against the Sparks. Regan kept the Sky in many games and helped them to their fourth place finish in the league. Dani Drayer of the Sparks had a great all-around tournament of both offense and defense. SHe averaged over 10 points per game. Her most memorable moment of the tourney came on a buzzer-beating shot in their first meeting with the Sky to send her team into the championship game of the elimination bracket. Other notables include Katelyn Byrd of the Liberty who dominated the paint, Mariah Starkey, the outstanding guard for the Mercury, Mackenzie Boone who played great on both sides of the ball for the Sparks and also Shania George of the Sky who played outstanding defense throughout the tournament. There were many other girls who had outstanding tournament games. These girls were selected for their contributions and ability to help their teams play the very best they could.
