Indianapolis, IN I found myself a little job at a Native American store owned by a woman who was born and raised on the Acoma Pueblo reservation in New Mexico. Yoga has been a huge part of my life since college and I've enjoyed reading various books about yoga philosophy like Autobiography of a Yogi and the Gita. This year has been a lot about focising on various forms of addiciton in my life and how to take control of my senses, inspired by yoga teachings. My 7 months here in Indy has been a great place to do that. It got me out of my patterns. |

| 6-9 Alexandria, VA I'm currently working at the United States Patent and Trademark Office as a patent examiner. I've been working there for a bit more than a year now. I did a dual-degree program with Wesleyan University in CT, and Columbia University in NY. I got a B.A. in Economics from Wesleyan, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia. I'm happy to say that the Friday following the writing of this message will be my last day at the Patent Office. I just really didn't enjoy the job. I will be moving at the end of the month, along with my girlfriend (shown in the picture), and relocating to the Seattle, WA area. Both nervous and excited about the move, and a little sad to leave the people I've met here in the past year. Wish me luck! |
