This is the runoff rainwater coming from the 100,000 head chicken farm directly across the street from a resident's home. Notice the white material that at first appears to be bubbles, but on closer inspection is clearly something else.
THESE ARE BLISTERS ALLOVER THE BODY OF THE THE BOY WHO LIVES ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE ABOVE FARM. THEY APPEARED AFTER HE GOT OUT OF THE BATHTUBE, SHORTLY AFTER THIS RUNOFF FILM WAS TAKEN.
DEP was called right away, but it took them 3 weeks to respond.
TIS THE SEASON...SPREADING DURING A SNOWSTORM, IN DIRECT VIOLATION OF THE CLEAN STREAM ACT.

A DECOMPOSING PIG CARCASS LEFT OUT IN THE OPEN BEHIND THE FACILITY
A FEW PIGS ESCAPED THE FACILITY AND WERE ROAMING THE AREA FOR A FEW DAYS, SEEN HERE IN THE NEIGHBOR'S YARD WITH THEIR DOG THAT WAS CHAINED UP IN THE BACK YARD.
