What is partial-birth abortion?
According to James Bopp, J.D. and Curtis Cook, M.D., partial-birth abortion is a legal term used to describe the killing of an innocent baby during the birthing process   The procedure is usually executed after 20 weeks gestation.

Here's what happens to the baby:

1) The abortionist grabs the unborn baby and turns him or her into a "breech position."

2) The child is then delivered feet first, leaving only his or her head in the womb.

3) The abortionist then crushes the child's skull with a surgical device and then suctions out the child's brains.

4) The rest of the child is delivered.
