How does it work?
The Angel is inspired for tournament and serious players. The angel runs at an input of 400 PSI and an output of around 200. The Mini Reg regulates the pressure of the marker. To adjust the velocity insert an Allen wrench into the Mini Reg and turn in/clockwise to cut off air flow and decrease the velocity and turn outwards, counter clockwise to increase air flow and increase the velocity. After adjusted, fire approximately 10 times to get the reg in flow. On the chrono with a preset tank you can expect around a 5 FPS increase or decrease. The grip frame is a new 90-degree shape and is more comfortable on your wrists. It may take a while to get used to for some people but when I tried it out I loved it. To adjust the trigger you simply open the marker by unscrewing 2 screws on the grip frame and adjust the return and forward screws on the trigger. If adjusted properly the trigger can be set to the pull that less of the density of a human hair. I found the trigger very easy to walk but it may need to be set to your kind of feel. The stock trigger is a weird shape. It is a double trigger shape with a longer bottom loop. I purchased a new trigger, the Lasoya or Element now that Chris Lasoya is no longer with Avalanche. It was very easy to walk if you put your fingers on the 2 outward grooves. Volumisers on any model of Angel from IR3 and downward are completely useless other than for looks. The bolt doesn't require oiling since it is made of Delrin. To open the breach all you do is pull on the breach knob and twist.
The Angel is one of the most advanced markers on the planet. Check out all the new features.
A crystal operated paint sensor with digitally adjustable sensitivity controls and LED indicator. Having no external components, wiring, or optical sensors C.O.P.S is unnaffected by weather conditions, light levels, or debris. C.O.P.S will shoot any color or texture of paintballs and can be armed or disarmed very easily during play. C.O.P.S delivers a fully integrated solution for your need to feed.
Dual Menu Computer Interface
Simple external set-up and adjustment of non-critical control perimiters via the 3 color-coded buttons on the IR3's Space Frame.
Gated Feed
A uni-directional ball feeding system allowing paintballs a resistance for free entry into the feed tube while, at the same time preventing paintballs re-entry into the loader when the marker is inverted or tilted. The Gated Feed guarantees a stack of balls ready to shoot whenever they are needed - Transforming dry fires into game winning shots.
Infra-Red
Multi-Level Infra-Red marker to marker communication, enables wireless programming, servicing and software upgrades without the need for any modified hardware. Send and receive any of the IR3's electronic settings instantly.
LCD Screen
A purpose designed and manufactured 'Clear Vis' LCD screen. 'Easi Read' menus and interface provide access to the IR3's functions and features. The pixilated display allows scrolling text messages.
