Hunter's name may make him sound like a serious kind of guy, but that couldn't be farther from the truth. He's happy-go-lucky and lacks brain cells, and adores meeting new friends/possible party members. He's very protective of his friends. Just like any good RPG hero, he has a haunting past, but he hasn't spilled it in a flashback yet.

He joins the party in the Cavern of Fire, after an unintentional rescue for Lena and Remus. He decides to follow them around because "they're an adventure party waiting to happen!"
