I lay there in bed. I scanned the room and grinned as
I saw my skirt across the room remembering the night before. Looking through his drawers, I found a shirt and slipped it on having no clean clothes. I went downstairs to get some breakfast even though it was almost 12:00! As I went thorough to the lounge, I saw a head over the top of the couch watching T.V. He had a blonde stripe through his hair. "Hi," I said as I flopped down beside him. "Matt?" I questioned. "Yeh, Tanya right?" said Matt. "Yup." "Oh, I remember, you skidded on the ice didn't you?" I laughed, "That was me!" I looked around, "Wasn't there three of you last night, where's ummm Charlie?" "Dunno, he's not here." "No shit Sherlock," I said in fake surprise. He grinned, "Soooooo sounds like you had fun last night..." I stuck my finger up at him and we both smiled. We were having a good laugh when James appeared "Matt, you seen..." he stopped in mid sentence as he saw me. PHWOAR, I thought how did I end up with him last night! "Hey sexy, looking for your shirt?" I asked teasingly "Nah you're what I want," "Awwwww." I gave the finger to Matt again who was pretending to puke over the side of the sofa, and kissed James. The door banged open and Charlie walked through. "Getta room!" he grinned at James. "Fine by me," said James as I winked and pulled him to his room. "God not again," groaned Matt, "CHARLIE YOU PRICK!" I sat on the edge of James's bed he kissed me, again. "Does this mean we are going out?" he asked me. "We haven't even been on a proper date Mr. Bourne," I giggled. "So you can stay and we'll go out tomorrow yes or no," he asked kissing my neck. "Ooooo in that case I'll have to consider the offer..." I teased. "Offer considered I'd love too Mr. Bourne." James grinned and played along, "Would Miss Banks like a lift back too her abode to freshen up?" I giggled, "James you idiot, yeah come on then." I had been back to my apartment with James told my bessie mate Claire I was going back again (she didn't really seem to care as she was busy with her boyfriend), and returned getting looks of disbelief from Matt and Charlie although I could tell they didn't mind! We all sat in the living room and I looked at the three boys around me, James mates were really nice blokes, there was Matt (who I'd spoken to earlier) he was really funny! Then there was Charlie, he was two years younger than the others and was (very!) tall for his age. He looked like a model sort... a hand waved in front of my face. "Earth to Tan... remember me? You're boyfriend!" "Yeah what," I replied smiling. "Well stop eyeing up my mates then," James looked hurt. "Awwww come on you know you're the one I want I was just wondering..." I grinned evilly "if those eyebrows had a mind of their own?" "OY LAY OFF THE BROWS!" Charlie yelled as Matt cracked up. I grinned again and flicked through the channels, "Justin!" James and me said together as Cry me a River came on The Hits. I laughed, "Are we gonna watch this movie then?" "Okay, do ya want drinks n stuff first,�? Asked James "K." Everyone told James what they wanted and he went into the kitchen. Matt and Charlie looked at me. "What?" I said freaked out as they were staring at me. "Do ya really like James?" Matt said. I snapped into girly mode. "I really really like him he's so sweet and gorgeous don't you think?" Realizing I had just blurted out my feelings to his best mates, I hid behind a cushion. "Don't answer that," I said, my voice muffled by the fabric. But I was saved by the T.V. "JJAAAAAMMMMEESSSS Brittany�s ON!" Charlie yelled as James came back into the room. His eyes flicked to the screen as he put the drinks on the table. "Nah, don't need her I got me own Brittany," he said giving me a kiss and went out to get the movie. "OMG, he really likes you," said Charlie. "Ya think? I like him too he's really..." "Yeah we know," Matt interrupted "he's really sweet and gorgeous, don't you think?" he said imitating me. I went beetroot red! "What did you do to her?" asked James coming in and noticing my red face. "Nothing, nothing," I mumbled "What movie did ya get?" James gave Matt the evils before sitting down and spreading the DVD's on the table. "I got these so you guys can pick," I looked at the DVD's "Oooooo Leo, can we watch Titanic?" "NOOOOO little Charlie will blub," said Matt grinning. "Awwwww didums," I said "Shad up," Charlie gave Matt the evils. "I'm going to the loo choose without me." I wandered through the kitchen laughing as I saw the dishwasher instructions taped to the fridge! As I made my way back towards living room door I stopped and listened to the conversation going on the other side. "But why?" "Just because," "But you don't even like that movie," - that was Charlie I recognized his low voice. "Just put it in she will be back in a mo." - James "But... ahhhh that's why," - Matt "WHAT?" James sounded irritated. "Chicks are scared of this aren't they, you want her to be scared don't you so she'll..." "Just put it in okay?" "It's never gonna work mate-age she won't be scared she..." "HI GUYS!" I said loudly walking through the door. "What are we watching?" "You'll see" Charlie put the DVD in and we settled down to watch the film. I had seen this before, I knew there was a gory bit soon. This didn't bother me I didn't care about blood and stuff but... "AHHHH, tell me when it's over," I buried my face in James shirt grinning to myself. "It's okay babe." From underneath my hair I saw Matt look disbelievingly at James. I felt his arms round me and I cuddled up. After the movie I lay my head on James's lap and listened to their conversation. Five minutes later I subconsciously heard James say, "Awwww she's so cute when she's asleep." "You got it bad man," said Charlie, and I drifted off... I woke up, the T.V. still on and in James arms. "Hullo," I said groggily as Matt came out the kitchen. "Look it's you're favorite song I said pointing at the Cheeky Girls on T.V. "Yay!" Matt started singing, "Touch my bum, this is liiiffffee," "Shush you'll wake James up," Matt looked at James. "He looks too peaceful," he said "Matt, don't you dare!" To late, Matt pressed the full volume button, and James jumped out the chair as I whacked my head on the coffee table. "Tan, TAN!" James was leaning over me. "Hey, what happened?" A throbbing feeling in my head. I tried to sit up. "No lay down you were unconscious!" "Huh, god my head." I put my hand to it. Charlie came over with some nurofen and a bag of frozen peas. I swallowed the tablets, put the peas to my head and looked around James was kneeling by my side, Charlie was standing there staring at me, and Matt was in a chair his head in his hands. Despite James efforts I sat up and wobbled over to a chair. "What's wrong Hun?" I asked Matt. "Ignore him, this is all his fault," James spat. "You could have brain damaged you could have..." "RELAX! It was just a bump," James looked at me. "You sure you're okay?" "Yes, I'm sure, now shoo you got to get to work don't you?" "SHIT!" Charlie ran upstairs. "I can't leave you," "I'll be fine, now go, go." James looked at me, I gestured to the stairs. "I'm a big girl, I can look after myself, NOW GO!" "Yes mum," James ran up the stairs. I looked at Matt. "What's wrong Hun?" I asked again. Matt looked up, "He's right you know, I could have really hurt you... I'm sorry," he whispered. "Hey, It wasn't you're fault darlin, I�m fine, now go get ready with the other's." I walked over feeling steadier on my feet, and gave him a kiss on the cheek. "Yes mum," he echoed smiling. I giggled to myself as I watched the three of them dart about. They worked together as a band and were still trying to get signed! They were called Buster, or something along those lines. James gave me a kiss as he ran past to the door being the last to leave. "Seya later babe!" and with that he darted out the door. I sat there for a while watching T.V. I decided I had to get up, wearily I struggled to my feet. Being the lazy sod I was I called for a taxi. I put my number on the pad by the table and walked out. "Honey, I'm hhhooommmee," I called as I unlocked the door to mine and Claire�s apartment. "Hiyaz Hun," I looked at her slouched over the sofa in her PJ's, "We have got to get jobs!" "Uh huh, soooo who's you're new bloke, he's cute?" I laughed. "You noticed? I thought you were to busy with Andy!" "Nah, dumped him he bores me, sooo James's mates cute?" she asked. I laughed again but this time at my friends approach to men. Her longest relationship had been a month! "Hmmm, their both single," "Cute?" she asked again. "S'pose so.� "OMG! Matt's gorgeous! It was a week since I'd met James and Claire had just met Matt! "OMG OMG OMG!" "Ooookay calm down Hun!" I giggled at Claire�s face. James and Matt had come round ours (Charlie was at home) and I was laughing at Matt and Claire. Claire was very quiet when Matt was around, and that meant she really really liked him, I mean this was Claire queen chatterbox and here she was stunned. The guys came back from the kitchen. "Comon James lets go," I winked at Claire and pulled James into the bedroom. "The bruise on you're heads nearly gone," he commented. "Has it oh... oooh she so likes him does he like her?" I Babbled. He kissed me hungrily, I forgot all about Claire and Matt and became caught up in the kiss. We rolled onto the bed, he looked into my eyes and I stared back into his entranced by the sparkling blue. "I, I love you Tanya," he whispered into my ear. My heart lept. "OMG, I love you too," I said realizing it for the first time. He smiled his cute smile and kissed me once more and I melted into his arms... |
