| I didn't have the time to properly clean these items but they are absolutely gorgeous when they are installed and cleaned up. We were lucky enough to save them after our house was destroyed by fire in 2002, while my husband was stationed in White Sands, NM. These items were saved by a wet sheetrock ceiling that fell and covered them preventing damage. They have been in safe storage ever since. |

| The sink was the only item I had time to polish up a bit on my last visit. |

| I had cleaned the tub pretty well, but there is residue from the sponge cushions that were inside to protect the finish during transport of these items to storage. It has a small imperfection on the top rim at the back due to the fire. It is still electrically sound and all plumbing is still well sealed and protected. |

| We had the motor checked out by a certified electrician. It is electrically sound and plugs into a grounded wall outlet for easy installation. |

| The toilet still contains a bit of residue from the sheetrock as you can see. One tiny scratch on the left side surface of the rim is all the damage we found. |

| Sorry the mirror is still in the box and I refused to take it out for fear of damage. We had just installed all the other items before the fire and it was the last item to go up on the wall. Thank God it didn't! |
| Check out these items at any builders supply and then make me an offer. Any reasonable offer will be accepted. I would like to sell these items as a group package, but I will consider letting these items go individually. I still have some ceramic tile that were used for the floor and the tub surround.
