Welcome! Allow me to first introduce myself. My name is Jonathan or if you prefer, Jon and this is my site dedicated to the art of Magic. This is basically meant as an intro to the world of magic and also as a place for me to share my own thoughts on various aspects of the art.

If you care to venture further into this site, you may find that it will be much different than what you may expect. This would be, I'm sure, due to the various stereotypes that have built up surrounding magicians. Let me say now that almost all of those stereotypes are absolutely false. For instance, almost all magicians do not, I repeat, do not wear top hats and a cape. Also, although the pulling a rabbit out of a hat magical effect is a classic, not every magician performs it contrary to popular belief. And lastly, if you meet any good magician, they are not cheesy and fake and annoying. In fact, they are quite the opposite.

Having said that, I hope you will be able to keep an open mind as you go through my website. By the way, if you haven't figured it out, the actual dice in the image at the top are the links. If you spent countless frustrating hours trying to click the words, I hope that will teach you to actually read the content in a website before skipping all over the place ;)
