Characteristics of original organism:   Eels eat fish and mollusks on the bottom of the ocean floor. They are not usually aggressive, but when angered they will bite hard.

New niche: Scavenger/predator

Adaptations: They will change color to match the bottom of the ocean. They will eat the dead remains pf other fish and mollusks. They could act as a sand worm and spend some time hiding on the sea floor.

Biome type: Coastal reefs

Nutrition: Mollusks and dead remains.

Interactions: They don't really have any. They are solitary creatures.

Behavior: The adults let the young go at birth to do what every they want. Most are eaten by other fish.
