As a strong beam of light soaks the trees, Scully squints her eyes. "Skinner???" She stumbles upon a moss-covered rock as she hears footsteps behind her. "Agent Scully??? Where are you?" "I'm over here," she replies, wipping off the dirt on her knees. As the light dims, there is a strong gust of wind, blowing back the leaves on the trees.

Meanwhile: Tumbling to the ground, Special Agent Fox Mulder lets out a scream. On the ground, he is knocked windless. Catching his breath, he settles his hand in the slick mud and rises to his feet. He squints around, looking into a place once remembered, a place he had been once before. He takes a step forward, stumbling at first but then getting used to the pressure on his weak knees. He gazes around, looking into a forest well-recognized. He looks up into the sky, watching the UFO fly into the distance of the galaxy. He takes another step, a deep breath. "Help! Help me! If there's anyone out there, please help me!!! Please!!!!"

Scully lets out a well-known expression as she trys to listen closer to something. "Scully? What is it? What do you hear?" Skinner says from behind her. "I think I heard something." Her eyes go wide at another scream, " It sounds like.......a man."

She runs into the forest. "Mulder??? Mulder, it's me, Scully. Can you hear me??? If your out there, scream!" She says as she jogs into the trees and disappears from Skinner's site. Without question, he follows close behind, searching in the darkness of the trees. "Agent Mulder??? Is anybody out there? Federal Agent Skinner. Please, scream if you can hear me." Scully makes some distance between Skinner, searching desparately for the one she loves. "Mulder.....Mulder please. I know you're here. Mulder???"

Mulder jerks at the familiar voice. "Scully....Scully!!!!! I'm over here. Scully!!!!! It's me!!!!!" He walks over to the direction of the voice. "Scully!!!!" he shrieks as a woman comes into sight. He runs over to her and embrasses her in his warm jacket arms. "Scully......" he pauses at a loss of words. She digs her face into his chest and grunts, drowning him in tears. "Mulder," she looks at him, eyes drenched," I love you." He looks at her and draws her closer into his arms and whispers in her ear,"I love you, Scully." He lies his head on her left shoulder, breathing heavily. She clutches his head with her hand, kissing him on the forehead. Mulder glances up, puts his hands on her face, and drags her into a lonnnnnnnnnnnngggggggggggg passionate kiss, closing his eyes as tears stream down his face.

As they close their kiss, Skinner comes into sight. Mulder looks up and back at Scully. "Oh my God, Mulder. Your clothes are ripped. " she holds up a torn sleeve and notices a cut on his inside elbow by the vein. Mulder, as if reading her mind, replies," They fed me everything I needed through an IV. I haven't had such a tasteless meal since the 7th grade." He grins at his crack. Scully glances at him and hugs him so hard that Mulder let out a long gasp. Skinner, hiding in the trees, alone, glances over and locks eyes with Mulder. Mulder nods and whispers something in Scully's ear. As she steps back, Mulder walks over to Skinner. "Hey Mulder. Welcome back. It wasn't the same without you." Skinner gives him a strong handshake and a quick hug. Mulder looks back at Scully, wipping the tears from his eyes. She walks over to him and gets an arm wrapped around her shoulder. They walk into the trees.
