Spent the week in Cornwall with the Wereley's. it was a good time! small towns make for relaxing weekends. from the cute elementary school in Riverdale, to the crazy mansions and cottages of "small sault" (?) i think thats what its called. it was nice. and i even went to Wal-Mart too. Add in some movies and it was great. Now back in the big city it's the hustle and bustle again. which is all good, but i feel too lazy now to do any real work. Photos shall be developed soon so i will post some C-Wall stuff up here. Until then, take care and have a great Monday!

jesus christ, vampire hunter...for more information refer to
chris' blog up in the top right hand corner. the cool part was that it was filmed in ottawa so i saw some local landmarks, the bad part was that it was cheap as hell. but amusing nonethless...too bad heather (foiled again) was sitting one seat down from this really annoying gay guy who thought he was funny, but really wasnt at all. but it was interesting, i like going places where there are a lot of characters, and there was an abundance of characters there, so it was good times. count on chris to find the hot spots...well, "hot" spots.
anyhow, its pretty late now considering its thursday and my lack of sleep is catching up to me, so until next time.

So its been one of those crazy weeks...i feel like i havent had any real time to myself since maybe a week ago. 7 days of non stop, except for a couple of breaks like the mod club and such. luckily the exams of this week are over and i will have a week "off" where i can do more work! sweet.
anyhow, i thought id write so people know that, in fact, i am still alive. i have so many ideas of things i need to do, i feel so guilty for not doing more. next week though, next week things will be different.
oh yeah, canada beat finland today 2-1, lets just try and keep it up!

So it's back to Pitman hall for me. its always nice to come back, but leaving ottawa can also be hard. this week will for sure be a hell week, i think that goes for everyone at this university. hopefully i survive without having a complete nervous breakdown. that means that i will have to try and get my sleep, so im cutting it short here. i think i need a massage or something, im going to look into that.
oh yes, one more thing...i saw the most terrible movie 'glitter' starring mariah scary! she looks completely horrid...or rather whorrid (hehe). her plastic surgeon f*cked up BIG TIME. the only saving grace of the movie is max beesley but i felt sorry for him the whole time because he was in the movie. the only thing worth seeing it for is the fact that they filmed a couple of scenes at the phoenix. toronto represent!
so yes, dont see that movie, if you really want your max beesley fix (thats scary spice's boyfriend if you didnt know) go rent "the match" my sister made me watch it once and it was good.
alright then, i will try and get to sleep.
to all a good night.

Sorry for the lack of blogadge lately. its been a weird week. from getting a job offer from "le shop" to ... other stuff. its been a whirlwind..now i just have to find a way to fit some schoolwork in that...
in other news..tomorrow is
STEREOPHONICS day!! whoo hoo! ive been doing my stereophonics homework big time. as i write i'm listening to "word gets around" their first release and it has slowly but surely beat the spot of "performance and cocktails" in my second favourite stereophonics album list.
anyhow so im going to go now and shower and stuff. tonight Toro's played and we won. go Toros!
by the way, thank you for everyone who supports Insomniac and Pax World..it means an awful lot. and tuesday was one of my busiest days ever with 40 hits. just wanted to say thank you and i really appreciate it.

I didnt think it was possible to grind to oasis...but it is.
saturday night at the revival was possibly better than the last saturday night at the revival. with a guest appearance from chris wereley, tiyana, wereley x 2, action jackson and her date and i waltzed in, sans lineup and danced 4 hours of our lives away to greatness of blur, robbie, new order, depeche mode, the cardigans, the strokes, oasis and countless more. soo fabulous. for more info this time i added a link, so click on the that cutesly little logo and see what you have been missing.
this week looks super hectic and all and there is so much i need to do and i have to scan and add a ton of stuff to paxworld, just bear with me, hopefully by friday i will be able to have stuff in here, next week for sure.
anyhow, i have a midterm tomorrow so i should definitely go, but i will tellyou, the highlight of sat. was when they played some "never let me down again" by dave gahan's crew (depeche mode). i cant explain how happy hearing that song made me.
alright, im off, good luck to all fellow gcmers who are toughing it out this week.
cheers,

im in ottawa now, the train, which is supposed to be faster than the bus actually isnt. at least it is more spacious though. too bad it stops all the time, even when youre not actually at a designated stop..weird.
so canada beat the usa 5-2 in a MASSACRE. there was so much canadian spirit today, it felt like july 1st. even on the train the PA was announcing the score. im so glad we beat the dirty americans. sore losers they are, after the women were beat i hope they feel like crap.
anyhow, speaking of feeling like crap, im going to bed now.

Sorry for the super lack of me blogging, but i've been up to a few things regarding PaxWorld and other endevours. right now making the site is a little of a pain because things arnt quite doing what i would like them to do, so everything is half done and i really hate things that are half assed, but what can i do...so bear with me folks...
So there is so much that needs to be said. last thursday was the sterophonics and they were spectacular (not really). they were pretty good, i got some wikkid pictures that will be posted as soon as this madness stops.
lately ive been feeling a tad antisocial..maybe its the fact that im glued to the computer, but perhaps there is more to it than that, i dont know yet. its one of those weird months.
anyhow, i feel really bad for cutting the blog short again but there is much to be done, i hope to have everything completed by next week and the new PaxWorld will emerge...
so much to be done...

What a crazy day, but it ended well. im so glad that the Rancho Carne Toro's didnt forfeit todays game because it was big time fun, it helped that we won too. ken was serving up some maad hits which was nice. aaand all the toro's performed exceptionally well. and of course, its always nice to see the familiar faces of the reffs :) although i really wasnt feeling the second reff named "mike".. not cool at all, i would have preferred "teen wolf" anyday, the toro's know what i speak of...
anyway i got lots to do and its already getting late, so see ya!

So its already friday and the week is winding down. what a piss off! then it'll be back to school and i'll actually have to do work !! thats terrybull. anyhow, the week's been alright, no snow and i've been sitting around and not doing much of anything, which in the end is alright with me. tonight its off to see starsailor, i should really listen to the album...that i burnt. yeah im not the best fan,  anyhow hopefully it won't be too bad.
So did anyone watch the Grammy's and if they did, were they not the worste Grammy's in history? maybe its because i had just watched the 2002 Brits the night before, where the preformances were good, and the artists interesting, but the Grammy's were just terrible. The best part was probably Nsync with Nelly, which just tells you something... Alicia Keys with that flamenco guy, that was an absolute joke aaand! why does Bob Dylan always have to play at the Grammy's, i mean, its hard enough trying to understand what the hell he is saying!
anyways, i was not all that impressed, it was a waste of an evening. but i digress..
i should get ready for the day..jenny's n in just an hour you know!
