| Rules & Criteria for Judging |
The judging will start at the time of the release of the official photos of Bb. Pilipinas '03 contestants. The judges will base the scores on the following criteria: 1. beauty of the face 2. beauty of the body 3. over-all appeal. The scores will range from 7.50 (lowest) - 9.99. The top winner will be named "Miss PBKT 2003" for Bb. Pilipinas. |
