Sorry for the long-delayed response. It just so happened that the Bb. Pilipinas had just released the official portraits of the 2003 candidates a few hours ago.
We have only selected 8 judges for Miss PBKT for Bb. Pilipinas 2003 (which definitely includes you). The evaluation for each candidate in three factors (beauty of the face, beauty of the body & over-all appeal) will be based on their head & full-body portraits.

system of judging:
1. We will base the scores on the following criteria: 1. beauty of the face 2. beauty of the body 3. over-all appeal.
2. The scores will range from 7.50 (lowest) - 9.99 (highest). We will tally it then your name & scores will be placed in an image (like the one above). We will post it in the messageboard or probably come up with a web page for it.
3. The top winner will be named "Miss PBKT Bb. Universe 2003 for Bb. Pilipinas." The 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, & 6th placers will be named Miss PBKT World, Miss PBKT International, Tourism International, Globe & Tourism World respectively plus 6 semi-finalists.
We hope to receive your scores by early Monday, March 10, 2003. Please select a delegate fit for Miss Photogenic. We will finalize then launch "Miss PBKT 2003" for Bb. Pilipinas on Thursday. The advertising will be starting tomorrow.
Your judging will OFFICIALY START NOW! But please prepare yourself with jumbo size cheese flavored popcorn, a king cup of pepsi, a pen and a ball pen with you while evaluating each candidate.
