NATIONAL SYMPOSIUM on
EDUCATIONAL REFORM

PROJECT OUTLINE

In the growing globalization of culture, India has a natural special place due to the especially rich heritage of ancient Vedic culture, which offers a very modern and universal vision, more and more widely accepted in the Western countries.
Unfortunately, due to the insufficient understanding of such heritage and insufficient communication with cultural institutions in the rest of the world, India remains in a backward position in regards of education and academic qualifications.
A great many opportunities await, untapped, for the immense potential of human resources in India.
Just like the computer industry could encourage and create a class of computer engineers who are anxiously requested all over the world, and put India in one of the topmost positions for the software production industry, so the same "miracle" can be performed in many other fields.
Obtaining cooperation and support from private sectors and international organisations is not so difficult, but it requires communication skills and logic patterns which belong to the XXI century, and the gap must be filled by interactive structures and formation resources of suitable kinds.

Objectives of the Seminar:
Assessing the problems in historical perspective
Formulating and demonstrating feasible solutions
Examining short/medium/long term plans
Exchanging informations, knowhow and ideas
Establishing deadlines and operational schemes
Creating working groups and committees
Publishing and distributing the proceedings of the seminar
Establish an ongoing information and coordination programme
Establing cooperation with Governmental Offices, Public & Private Schools, etc.
