I first heard of Paul in 1996 when his first single " My Heart has a History" was climbing up the charts. I thought that it was a catchy song, but didn't think much more about it. " I Do" was his second single, and I fell in love with it from the start. That was only the beginning for me, the moment I heard " I Meant to Do That" I knew I had to buy the album. I was becoming a huge fan of his. I'd call up the radio station everyday requesting his music, and I'd stay up into wee hours of the night watching CMT, waiting for his videos to play. I bought the album ( which was my first transition from cassette to CD)and not long after I became a member of his fan club. I had never been touched by someone's music in that way before. I'm glad that I became a Storm Watcher from the beginning because I have seen Paul grow up ( so to speak...) in the last 8 years. Paul's the real deal, he sings with love and emotions, and I think that it is well reflected in his music. This is why we love him so much
I was 5 years old when I said that I wanted to become a singer. Back then my dream was to go sing with Georges Harrison ( Ex-Beatle's member) in England, he was my favorite singer at the time (God Bless him) . I got up on stage for the first time in 1994 years ago.  1 week to the date after my father passed away, my mother took me to a karaoke bar (yes I was very much under age), and pushed me on stage. She thought it would be therapeutic for me to sing my heart out.... that night, one of the first songs I performed was "I Will Always Love You".  since then, I have sang in public for different occasions. I've sang in fund raisers, in karaokes , i and most recently I sang in a show case at a local fun fair, with more than 2000 people present.

Since 1994, I have retired "I Will Always Love You". I sing it for my father, only on  the anniversary of his passing.
