FINALLY, ANOTHER UPDATE! (10/14/05) I apologize for waiting soooo long to update this page.  I'm currently considering starting a Pauly Shore in 2008 campaign, but using this same website.  What do you guys think?  Leave me a message in the guestbook or E-mail me.  By the way, I have some *AWESOME* news-- I got to meet Pauly Shore tonight! Yes, you read correctly.  I met the Weasel himself, had my picture taken with him, and got an autographed shirt.  I even gave him a printout of the banner for the website and told him briefly what it was.  He was so nice and I think he actually found my idea amusing.  Maybe some day I'll have a personal message from him on here.  I'll try to get my photo with Mr. Shore up here ASAP.  This is just too exciting for words!  :o)

UPDATE! (4/14/04) I have changed the layout and added more ideas on how to spread the word.  Thanks to everyone who has helped out!  Since I made this page a month or 2 ago at about 5 in the morning (look out for spelling and grammatical errors!), I have had over 770 visitors!  Hopefully Pauly will get the chance to see it himself some day soon.  I hope to write him a letter telling him about it.  Keep your fingers crossed and keep up the good work!  Oh, and one last thing-- for an intro. to mass comm. class my group will be doing our PR project on this campaign!  I think it kicks ass, personally.  :o)  If you have any ideas or suggestions, please sign the guestbook and let me know!  Thanks!

What the heck is all this about?
If you're like me, Election Day is one big pain in the ass.  It is *so* hard trying to choose between the lesser of the two evils.  But, all Americans age 18+ are encouraged to vote and let our voices be heard.  Well it's time that our voices be heard loud and clear.  Many of us don't like who we have to choose from on the ballot.  Sure, there are always about 6 or so people listed for presidential candidates, but who has ever heard of any of the others besides Nader?  This is why I propose that we all band together and write in Pauly Shore as our presidential candidate. He may not win, but at least our voices will be heard.  If nothing else, we'll be playing a big ol' prank on the government.

Remember a few years ago when everyone and there mother was forwarding an E-mail saying we should all call in to MTV's Total Request Live on a certain date and vote for the New Kids on the Block "Hangin' Tough" video?  The video made it to #2 that day!  This whole Pauly Shore campaign is the exact same concept.  Perhaps he will at least make #3 in the polls.  We'll see.  It's up to all of us to let everyone know to help us out!
