I saw a man caught a fish from the cage immediately steamed.

Very good soft, fresh, smooth, soy sauce perfectly with rice,

but not cheap, $ 300 in 1992.







Later, friends and me shared same fish caught by fisherman in a restaurant, $ 650 !


Was it better ? Yes, a little but absolutely not double.








The world is having ocean fishing crisis.
