STATEMENT OF MY FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST MY LORD |
|
|
|
My number one mission is to lift up the name of my Lord and saviour Jesus in all the collective art that I and the rest of America do. I believe that Jesus is God come to earth in the likeness of men and that only through Jesus will you have access to heaven. I believe all men and women everywhere need a personal relationship with God through Jesus and that there is no other way to reach the one true God except through Jesus. I believe that Jesus is the one and only door whereby we can direct our prayers to God the Father and that when prayer is wrought, (whether is public or private) we must confess that we are coming to God in and through the name of Jesus. Jesus came to earth to shead His blood for me and all men for the remission af sin. He rose from the dead so that now I am justified in the sight of God through His resurection. And He has sent His Holy Spirit to guide and lead me through life here on earth. If a person has heard the Gospel of our Lord and Saviour Jesus and fails to ask Him into his or hers life then judgement will come upon that person when they should die. Are they going to hell? Thats not up to me to decide, its in Gods hands on that day of judgement. It is between that person and God, not that person, me, and God. I will confess Jesus to that person and share the Gospel of being Born Again, after that its up to that person either to except it or reject it. I believe that every time I say the name of Jesus before men Jesus talks to the Father in heaven for me and strenthen me to continue on my journey through life. I also believe that the Holy Bible is God's Word sent to man so that we can have a renewed mind and know truth and the true God through it. And that the Holy Spirit is the one and only guiding light that can lead us through our journey into God's Word. God's Word is perfect and through much prayer and guidence in the Holy Spirit our lives will grow spiritually. Whenever we seek the one and only true God, the God of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob in the Holy Bible, God will move in our lives and draw us ever closer to His perfect will for our lives. I believe that the true church is made up of all believer that confess Jesus before men and that no one denomination or relgious group can not say they are the one true church on earth. |

STATEMENT OF MY MISSION TO AND FOR AMERICA |

Over the last 5 years my path has lead me to all 50 states doing collective art. If your reading this statement then its a good bet that you have drawn on one my collective art peaces. And have experience the joy drawing with other can bring. My mission to America is to bring our country together and to get the youth of America doing collective art in their own communities.
Todays youth have a voice that hasn't been excercises in decades. The last time they excercise their voice was back in the 60's and people noticed. I'm proposing that they set up collective art peaces in their towns as a community service. This way they can draw their town together on peices of cloth and speak by doing a service. As a Christian I beleive the church youth groups have to get outside of the building and start doing something constructive to draw their community closer together. And collective art is a simple, inexpensive way to do just that. It get them interacting with people that don't go to church. This way they reach out though art to a lost world and show compassion by letting their family draw together for free. And maybe that person will say "I Iike that church, there doing something for my family."
My next journey for America started last month in Austin Tx.. Now I'm in Flagstaff resting my body and getting prepared for a pilgramage across America on U.S. highway 50. There will be over 60 towns and cities that I'll be stopping at doing collective art and showing the youth how to set up their own art peaces. It will be a retracing of the journey me and Jesus took 20 years ago only this time I'll be going west to east. From Sacramento, Cal. to Ocean City, Maryland. I plan on staying 2 days in each town with the bigger cities getting a few extra days. America needs to be awaken with the echos of our youth speaking not just with word but with action for their community. And collective art is a pro active tool that brings joy to everyone involved, from the ones setting them up , to the families that draw together.
I know that Gods hand is behind what I do and that collective art will make a foothold into America's fabric of life. Its such a simple Idea, letting people draw together. Please take the time to set up your own collective art peace. I can't get to every town in America,( though I would like to) so youth group stretch out that cloth and bring our nation together.
